Keto Chocolate Cake with Caramel Sauce

Low Carb Chocolate Cake with Caramel Sauce (THM-S)

Pan Size: 9x13

Ingredients:

2 2/3 cup Zucchini, chopped

8 large Eggs

1 stick Butter

1 ½ cups THM Sweetener

¼ tsp THM Sweetener

3 tsp Baking Powder

2 tsp Baking Soda

4 pinches of Salt

4 tbsp Cocoa Powder, unsweetened

2/3 Chocolate Chips, Sugar-Free

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly coat a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.

2. To make the cake. Trim the zucchini and cut into pieces to process in the food processor so it's not mush but broken down well enough, into very tiny pieces. Add the remaining cake ingredients and process until well combined.

3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until Golden Brown on top.

4. While the cake is cooling, make the caramel sauce.
