Keto Caramel Sauce

Caramel Sauce (THM-S)

Ingredients:

1 cup THM Sweetener

2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream

1 stick Butter

2 pinches Salt

2 tsp Caramel Extract

½ cup Pecans, chopped


Instructions:

1. In a saucepan combine sweetener, heavy cream, and butter over a medium to low heat. Stirring occasionally.

2. Once the sauce has reduced by half, add in the salt, caramel extract, and pecans.

3. Remove from heat. Let cool for 3 to 5 minutes.

4. Pour over cake and spread.


5. Enjoy a moist, delicious chocolate cake!
